Chilled Byron has so much to offer during the day but night time can be a whole new level! Make use of our Konnekted 12 seater bus or just car pool it.

Why not create an event and post on our wall, then add who you want to come from our facebook members…

Byron has a lot to offer wether its surfing the pass, listening to awesome live music on show every weekend or dancing on tables in the cesspit that is cheeky monkeys we are sure you can find all you want and more.

With a good mix of want to be hippies, wealthy weekenders, backpackers and the locals its always an interesting place to people watch and you never know who your going to meet out on the town……

Check online before you go to see what bands are playing but there is always 3-4 live gigs happening on Friday and Saturday nights. Have a good look at the surf report to see if its worth bringing some boards down, the pass is a notorious place for easy learning to surf waves.

If your feeling active there is a cool walk that can be done around cape byron lighthouse, leaving from the pass follow the trail out and around to watagoes beach and then onto the cape untill you reach the lighthouse, from here you can loop around or go back the way you came (have a look on your phone) but we prefer to loop around just for the change of scenery . the whole walk should take about 2 hours or so.

Around byron you also have Mt Warning and Minion Falls both are worth the trip if you have a spare half to full day.

Booking accom in Byron can be tricky the hostels don’t normally take groups of more than 8, so its sometimes easier to book in two lots. You can normally just book the whole room to your group. Check this out in more detail on hotelworld.com.

Camping is interesting in byron bay… the closest and often booked out area is the arts factory hostel at $18 per person. You may have to chat with wierdo lost hippies on a gap year ……. The other two affordable options are a little to far out of town and you will most likely end up spending the difference of a hostel price in ubar fees. They are discovery holiday park at $20 and red devils sports ground at $15. Our call would be to grab a room big enough for the crew at one of the many hostels in town.

Have fun get amongst it!!!!!
